How does drop-off and pickup work?
Drop your valuable items at any of our drop-off locations. Ready to pickup at your drop-off location at stated date.
What areas in Lagos do you cover?
We currently serve Lagos Island and surrounding areas as far as Sangotedo axis. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, just reach out and we'll confirm.
How long does a typical order take?
Wash & fold is usually ready within 48 hours, ironing and pressing within 24 hours, and dry cleaning within 72 hours. Express turnaround is available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
What if an item is damaged during cleaning?
Every garment is inspected before it's cleaned and again before it's returned. Please see our Terms of Service, conditions page for more details.
Do you handle delicate or specialty fabrics?
Yes. Our dry-cleaning service is suited to suits, native wear, silk, wool and other delicate fabrics that need specialist treatment rather than a standard wash.
How do I get a price for my order?
Pricing depends on the service and the items involved. Send us a message through the contact page or call us directly, and we'll give you an accurate quote.
Do you offer services for businesses or bulk orders?
